Alef Class

Off to Hebrew School!

 

These little ones may be young, but they are ready for Hebrew school! Our class consists of 4K and Kindergarten students. 

 

This group of kids loves crafts and songs! Our class focuses on learning our Hebrew alphabet, called the Alef-Bet, starting with the first letter, Alef!

 

"What sound does alef make? Shhh...no sound at all."

 

Concepts we will focus on this year include, shalom bayit (making our homes a place of peace,) haknassat orchim (welcoming guests)  and tzedakah (righteous giving,) along with continued discovery of Jewish holidays and special events.
